What are the shipping options?


At this point in time Camellia's Art offers standard shipping, this usually takes 3-4 business days once carrier has processed package.




What do I do if I received a defective order?


At Camellia's Art, I take great care in the packaging of my products, but if you do receive a defective product I would require you to mail back the product after receiving a screenshot of item to my email; info.camelliasart@gmail.com. After assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.
